Almost all medication treatments available for animals require manual administration of the medication by the owner or veterinarian. This is often challenging with animals, especially when it involves long-term or continuous repeated treatment. 

To minimize the difficulty of medication delivery, developers of animal medications try to extend the time between repeated medication administrations as much as possible. Ultimately, the maximum time between consecutive administrations involves the compromise determined by balancing medical safety and medical efficacy for a specific medication. As a result, all relevant ongoing treatments are subject to inevitable limitations.

MedWise addresses these limitations by devising a unique proprietary micro-dose medication delivery system embedded in a small-sized wearable device attached to the pet's collar and controlled through a dedicated smartphone App. Now we can do precise and customized protocals for each specific medication.
